Welcome to Shang-hai Tibetan Mastiffs! We are Sabrina and Phillip Novarra. We live in Rochester, Washington. We have been dedicated to producing top quality Tibetan Mastiffs for appoximately 20 years. All of our dogs are raised in a family atmosphere and get quality training from the time they can walk on thier own. We have an "open door" policy, which means we welcome visitors to come see the dogs.* The Tibetan Mastiff is a very special dog and unlike any other and we are sure that once you invite a Shang-hai puppy into your home, you will agree with us.
